This happened with my 2012 car. It was cured by the dealer under warranty, either by fitting a new door seal or by repositioning the existing one. The seal on the other side leaked (water into car) and that was also cured under warranty, I think in that case the seal was repositioned. Only Range Rovers since 1988 |

On my car (same model as yours) the plastic cover between the edge of the windscreen and the door came unclipped and whistled in the wind. Just pushed back on, problem solved. |

just an idea, mine suffers from a bad whistle on occasion, and its the air con controls not opening any vents and the air forcing past them. If its whistling, try manually selecting up, down, and facia on the ac controls, if it stops it then you have your culprit. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I had a similar issue on my Jeep, I used duct tape to seal off external areas one at a time, reducing the amount of tape until I found the exact location on the outside that was allowing the air in.

I just need a spare 1/2 hr to go and fetch it out of the garage and start investigating. |

I found the best way to fix was just to turn up the stereo!

Yep, still cannot find the root cause. Yesterday I reset the sunroof which was not closing 100% (using the information from another thread of this great forum), which significantly reduced the noise in the cabin. But I still hear some wind noise near the upper side of the RH from door. On some roads the RH front tire also seems to make noise, where the RH door seems to be ajar, but it isn't. I drive a LHD model so while driving it is difficult to locate the source of the noise.
