the 2010-2012 FF have dynamic suspension, the early ones i gather dont [might be wrong though] |

our years have wires coming out of the top of the suspension struts and i cant remember my td6 or 2008 SC having them.. |

Only later facelift cars have adaptive dynamics.

We had the 3.6 TDV8 Sport and when we changed to a 4.2 SC Sport we noticed the ride was much firmer to the extent that it was a deciding factor in getting rid early on and buying a FF. I checked the part numbers and the struts were different on each Sport. I don't know if the same applies to the FF. Both had adaptive dynamics. Current: FF Westminster money pit

The car's back now and yes, it does have adaptive damping. Looks like the top sections may have been renewed fairly recently too.
