Short answer is yes -- even if you just like to 'play' with configurations -- but peace of mind that you can diagnose to a very accurate degree is upper most for me. Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

I also find the IDTool worth it and I try to avoid spanner work, for example I took the RR into a main dealer to have the config changed so the doors locked automatically when vehicle moves off - that will be £120 sir, so bought IDTool - I recently set the front LEDs to be on all the time, not DRLs but I like it, cost me nothing. I'm sure I remember messing with ride heights and other locking options again cost me nothing - hours of endless fun Geoff |

The name Duckworth keeps coming up. Is this the best place to buy it from? |

Yes, yes, yes and yes again. I'm a non tech, no desire to become one but that tool is worth more than most indys and dealers here in France. Saved me approx. 1200 euro in the week after I bought it. Stealer diagnosed total compressor and eas faillure, turned out I could repair it with the tool and the help of Gap. |
