Urgent Help Needed - Suspension Height Issue

Evening All!

Today I changed the front brake pads and lower suspension arms on my 2007 L322 FF Supercharged. Took it for a test drive and the brakes seem to be fine, however there is an issue with the suspension. The ride height is all over the place and it's throwing out error messages.

Before I did the work today I checked the measurement from the hub centre to the underside of the wheelarch, it was 490mm. This was with height in normal mode. When I replaced the lower suspension arms I did not replace the existing height control sensors and was careful with them when I detached/reattached them.

To throw a curveball in the mix once of the rear air springs has a minor leak, and when the car is left overnight it sits really low on that corner.

The warning messages I have been getting are; 'Suspension willl raise when cooled', 'Maximum Speed 30mph Suspension fault'. Whilst out test driving it at one stage it dropped down to access height and was bouncing all over the place.

I've checked the hub to underside of wheelarch measurement again - Front is 520mm (30mm higher since changing the suspension arms), Rear 490mm.

I'm thinking it could be 2 things? 1.) During replacement of front suspension arms height sensors have been damaged (no sign of damage but not sure how fragile they are). 2.) Compressor is starting to give up the ghost after being overworked by leaking rear air spring.

Would really appreciate anybody's ideas on this as need to get her back on the road asap.

Thanks!

Have you checked that both height sensor arms are still attached?
