ECU - Door Module Replacement Method ?

Does anybody know how to replace an ECU module to match it to the vehicle ?
I want to replace a 2012 Drivers Door Module (BH42-14D618-AA) that I think may be causing me problems with a second hand module from another vehicle.

I’m more questioning about the recognition and configuration of a replacement ECU Module rather than physical fit, but any guidance on the physical replacement method would also be appreciated.

My current module is reported as

Part Part number
Assembly (F112) Unknown
Assembly (F113) BH42-14D618-AA
Calibration (F124) BJ32-14C065-AC
Hardware (F191) BH42-14C235-AA
Serial. (220911105152)
Signal (F120) BH42-14C321-AA
Strategy (F122) BJ32-14C068-AD
Strategy (F188) BJ32-14C064-AD
VIN 00000000000000000

I do have a IIDGap tool if required.

Many thanks
Bob

Sorry for the late reply, but if it helps, perhaps email Pat at GAP and ask this question of him. Cheers
Richard
