Sorry to revive an old thread lads.

I'm having an issue with my steering also, its the same as mentioned above, I didn't notice it while driving as I've only driven it 3 times since I bought it last week (its having the sills done at the moment)

When I pulled in to the guy doing the sills, I slowed down to turn and the steering went stiff. It didn't stay stiff though I went up a hill after the turn and it was fine.

Could it be a sticking valve.? If so is it best to buy a new one.?

I dont have the car at the moment so I can't check the the wheel moving with the revs at 3000rpm, I will as soon as its back
