Can anyone tell me where the ABS is exactly?

Assuming from the title you are looking for the relay and not anything else. All I can offer is that on my 3.6 there is a large black plastic box at the front o/s under the bonnet. This contains a large number of relays. Not sure if the ABS one is in there though, or whether you would find this box on any other variants than the 3.6 dieseasel.

Looking at the engine from the front (facing rear) it is a box with lots of hard steel pipes coming out of it at the rear right of the engine bay, near the windscreen. There is a large wire going into the lower right (pax) side (looking at it from front) which should be taken off and examined as its a water trap and corrodes the pins. A good clean up can work wonders.
