2004 td6 turning over but no start and various warnings

Morning all my car threw a paddy this morning, blew the fuse for the seat and steering wheel.

Replaced the fuse after pulling the wrong one out with the ignition on and now it won’t start with a load of warnings on the dash like trans failsafe, dsc inactive, esp inactive etc

Car turns over just fine, I know it’s not a battery issue.

Tried disconnecting the battery and left it 10 mins and still the same.

Anyone had this before?

I will be plugging in my foxwell nt520 when I finish work

Last time mine would turn over but not start it was the secondary fuel pump. Have you tried getting under the osr and seeing if the pump is working? It's just 2x10mm bolts to undo to open the little hatch, with the ignition at position 2 you should be able to tell if it's working. If not, a few smacks with your spanners should get it going until you can replace. If it is working, no idea I'm afraid!

For some reason unkown to me, (OK, I was dicking around), I got HDC, ABS, and others on the dash yesterday, but it did start.

I know mine is a later car, but no codes on the IID, so light bulb moment, did a battery reset. Same as you but touch the +ve and -ve cables together off the battery for a few moments, and the the whole lot reset and off we went.

Hope this helps. Cheers
Richard
