As title - noticed the heater is not getting as hot as i remember (could be a senior moment). The engine temp is fine and the AC works (cools) but when I want it in automatic mode and heat I get warm air but not as roasting hot as I remember? Are there any known issues like this? Had a search and the only ones I came across are FSR but that resulted in no blower at all which is not what I am seeing. "On first name terms with my local Dealer......now."

How hot are you setting the temp when in auto mode?

Had the same issue after changing my coolant, hot air was very cool, turned out to be an air lock after a couple of system bleed's, problem was satisfactory resolved. Diver Bryn

could be an air lock, might have to bleed the system, this can happen on any vehicle ...on my 2005 vogue there is a bleed nipple that sits next to the main inlet cap,its just a matter of starting the range, making sure the heating is totally off,let the vehicle get hot,go back into the cabin, turn the heating all the way up and the heating thermostat all the way up,so the heating is at its maximum ,go back in the engine bay with the engine running and undo the bleed nipple please, please do this very ..SLOWLY,as the system is now pressurised and by rushing the procedure you'll get a jet of hot water into your face and the chance of loosing the bleed nipple as it will fly off by the pressure built up behind it,after a few twist of the the nipple using a flat headed screw driver you'll hear the sound of trapped air hissing out, stop unscrewing and hang tight till you hear the sound change from that of air being forced out to that of a watery sound coming out, screw the nipple back...its similar to bleeding a house radiator...when its all cool back down a while later, check to see if the system has the right amount of coolant, twist the cap and you'll see a stick float pop out all way if there is sufficient coolant inside,if it doesn't it means you need a top up,please refer to manufacture hand book or wiki for which coolant to use...

Hi to all.Problem that i am facing with heating is that i can only have really hot air. What i mean is that fr having hot air in car both temp knobs should be turned to max temp.If i will reduce temp even by one degree to co driver's side then all codriver's grills and also back seats grills are blowing cold air ,while driver's grills are still blowing hot air still max.Same happens if i will let codriver's temp knob to max and reduce temp fm driver's temp knob.
