hello all,

i have a 2019 RR vogue SE, ever since i brought the car the TPMS was not working. i have reset it using the OBD multiple times however after running for around 30km the error sign turns back on again on my screen. hence i decided to replace all 4 sensors and having found one on ali express i ordered it and got it installed today at my local tire shop. after installation he verified the sensor Bluetooth reading on all 4 tires with a handheld TPMS rest unit and finally connected it to the car using a OBD and reset the TPMS unit.

i though all my woes had ended however again on the way back home the tpms error light turned on again and its back to square one for me .

i am totally stumped guys please help me out !! have replaced the sensors and reset using obd and things are still not working. what should i do now ?

What error message is showing?

When you look up tyre pressure on dash service menu do get a reading for all your tyres ?

Well the tmps error orange light is lit.
My spare tire doesn't have a tpms sensor.
I have inflated the tires to the correct psi mark and changed all 4 sensors also.
No iam not getting a reading on the dashscreen. Its only showing 35 for front tires and 37 for resr tires. A 0 is there above on all 4 tires on the screen. However after driving for 25 km the tpms error light turned on and now i am not getting any readings on the dashscreen.

Which has been happening ever since I got the car.

I had problems with mine - turned out they were in transit/shipping mode and needed to be activated. This stumped a local tyre fitting place who could see the sensors on their diagnostic tool and couldn't understand why they weren't working. My Landrover dealer sorted it for me.

so whats the way to send a 125khz modulated signal to the tpms sensor? pretty much stuck at first base even after going through the above link !!

Don't know what particular device my local dealer used but would guess that since these are genuine parts all landcover dealers should be in a position to fix this for you.

You generally need a bidirectional tools and higher up the range. I'm pretty sure the Autel 608 upwards can do that, or my favourite the Xtool X100 PAD2 or 3...I'll double check whether I can set mine to ship mode...

does anyone know the original part number for the tire pressure sensor monitoring system for the range rover vogue?
do they use the same TPMS sensor models across the range as in with the sport, defender , etc?

Bear in mind that there are two frequencies used by Landrover for TPMS - 315 and 433MHz. I'm not 100% about this but think European cars tend to use 433 and non-European 315 -at least for some model years. Your part number/sensor might therefore be different depending on country. My UK car uses LR070840.
