I had problems with mine - turned out they were in transit/shipping mode and needed to be activated. This stumped a local tyre fitting place who could see the sensors on their diagnostic tool and couldn't understand why they weren't working. My Landrover dealer sorted it for me.

so whats the way to send a 125khz modulated signal to the tpms sensor? pretty much stuck at first base even after going through the above link !! |

You generally need a bidirectional tools and higher up the range. I'm pretty sure the Autel 608 upwards can do that, or my favourite the Xtool X100 PAD2 or 3...I'll double check whether I can set mine to ship mode... |

Bear in mind that there are two frequencies used by Landrover for TPMS - 315 and 433MHz. I'm not 100% about this but think European cars tend to use 433 and non-European 315 -at least for some model years. Your part number/sensor might therefore be different depending on country. My UK car uses LR070840. |
