I had 2 sets of wheels, 18`s with 265 60 18`s for offroad / out of town and a set of 2015 sport 19`s for town. The 19`s shod with Pirelli Scorpion Verde were starting to wear quite quickly so sold them for A$450, what I paid for them brand new with tyres a couple of years back. I then picked up a new set of 5 Bridgestone Alenza 275 55 20`s for A$20 each, $100 the 5. Now I needed 20" rims so back looking for a deal on a set I found a set of 9 1/2 inch 20`s from a supercharged Sport. Now as I am so tight-fisted with the A$350 left from the sale of the 19s and cost of the set of 20 tyres I was not moving on my top offer of 350. The guy finally said yes, they came with used tyres that I was not interested in, I said.
What a nice surprise to find that when I went to collect they had almost new 275 45 20 tyres fitted. Now I will have to wear these out before fitting the new 55`s. Result!
