Fitted a Westfalia to my last FF so familiar with the process, but looking at a potential replacement that has a design pack (different rear bumper with integrated exhaust tips etc) and no towbar

So, is it a lot more faff to fit a towbar to a design pack car?

Not at all... The under tray has a line to cut to for it to fit around the tow bar... So very easy sir

Cool, thanks CTC, so basically just same process as on my 06 but relieve the undertray to the cut out markings?

Yep thats correct sir... They even have a recess built into the bumper where the factory electrics appear as if you fitted them that way! (all will be come clear if you look at a bumper fitted)

Mine had one on before Craig took it off will get a few pics there's a large tray my electrics sit in under the back.

Went straight of on hols after picking the car up so just had my first chance to look at the towbar.

Fitting all looks very neat but can't see how to access the electrics

Probably missing something silly, but do you have to remove the black panel under the bumper or does that cut out section in the rear bumper open?

Scott trying to work out how you access that tray you talk about - I can see the 13 pin up inside the bumper but can't figure out how to get to it
