Coolant change on TD6, should I flush it through as well?

Am thinking its been a while since the coolant was changed, is it a simple DIY job or should I get my local guy to do it for me? If I do, how long a job is it?

Very very belated thanks guys Embarassed (as per my other post, I've now got free time so doing all the overdue jobs)

Should I flush the system through when I do a coolant change? If so, how?

Or just let it run dry, then top up with the new pink stuff? (50/50 mix with deionised water)
