Thinking of subscribing to Topix and grateful for any advice on whether it is worth the money? Is it possible to do SOTA and ECU updates etc? The "Independent operator" level login on Topix does not enable access to enable SOTA. It does allow you to use the Pathfinder software for diagnostics but not change vehicle configuration in the way you can with earlier vehicles and an IIDTool, for full functionality you would also need to acquire a Diagnostics over IP interface. You do get access to the on-line workshop manual, wiring diagrams and all the applicable service bulletins.

Whether it's worth paying for is up to you. There are several options for the subscription duration from 1 hour to 1 year.[/i]
