+ dvd changer + 2 sets of wireless headphones and remote controls.

Do you know the full spec of the S/C? If not it'll probably push you well over the edge when you realise what's included! Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining!

Well worth the minor additional cost in fuel over the Vogue TD6 and Vogue V8 of the same era - That 4.2 S/C engine whether in a RR or Jag is simply wonderful, the 2005/6 S/C is quite simply a better car at much the same cost. Thumbs Up

PS: I have driven and sold the 4.2 in the RR S/C, Jag XKR (new & old) and the Jag S-Type "R" and it is brilliant in a different way in all of them....

Thanks AMD, I would be keen to know if my MOST based BMW hybrid TV tuner would work, any thoughts?

I'm afraid I don't know. The 2005+MY is also a MOST system and I upgraded my unit to digital TV for about £300.

I think you are getting the message on this post....buy the SC, you won't need an M5 as well. Current MY2020
Gone: 1 x L405 and 2 x L322's

I did see that one on PH, it's lovely but it seems a lot for what it essentially a pre-facelift with 22" wheels and slightly lower than normal miles.

I've spotted a 2007 facelift, albeit with 89,000 miles on it, so I guess it might boil down to pre-facelift with less miles or a facelift with more miles - oh the dilemma! Shocked

Here's the facelift - http://tiny.cc/dn21e

Yep, that's nice too. A dilema as you said. What's more important, face lift or mileage? How long are you going to keep it? How many miles a year will it do? Is it a second car for weekend and family use? Service history is important. Current MY2020

Turns out that one's sold subject to the buyer getting finance. Looks like they go quick! Rolling Eyes

I used to change every year or 18 months, but I had my 545 for nearly 3 years, so I guess I'm starting to slow down in my car buying habits!

I'll maybe do 10,000 a year tops. It'll be my main car. but my wife has her own car for her uses. My main advantage is that I have a fuel card from my company that covers all my petrol! Thumbs Up

So I presume you'll be using the S/C to it's full potential on a regular basis? Laughing 2006 Mercedes CLS
1991 Retro-style Mini
But really finding it hard to fight the urge for a S/C...
