Finally got my new to me FFRR today it's a Vogue Se TDV8 and was surprised there was no option on the centre screen for Timed Climate I've had a look at Topix for my car and it lists

FUEL OPERATED HEATER
LESS PARK HEATING
LESS ENGINE BLOCK HEATER

So I take it from that it doesn't have the block heater but does have a FBH so is it able to have Timed Climate enabled like on the Disco's with an IID Tool?

As far as I'm aware the VSE does not have the hardware to allow the remote fob and AB cars were... You can however enable timed climate on a seven day timer on a VSE...

Just been out and tried it, the only thing I could see was Timed climate which I changed from not fitted to fitted but alas that hasn't enabled it

Hi Ian, tried FFPH and this brings up the timer menu under ‘Extras’. But also generates an ECU fault

I was just coming back to post that I've got it on the screen but have an ECU fault I take it you got the same HVAC one?

Well digging this old thread up, it was rather chilly last night so I set the timed climate to come on 20 minutes before I was due to go out this morning. It was 4 degrees this morning and happy to report that despite the HVAC fault still being there it came on and was blowing warm air out of the vents when I went out to it Just wish there was a way to have some sort of remote setup to trigger it.  Cheers Ian

surely the remote app on your phone will switch the fbh on from anywhere , mines a 2015 and it works perfectly .

Is the app part of the Incontrol bits and pieces? If so my car doesn't have Incontrol so can't set it from that  Cheers Ian

I have a spare key fob new from the dealer if your interested. Programming is easy, you only need to remove the panel in the boot and unplug the T91 telestart module, then plug it back in while holding the on button on the key fob for 5 seconds and job done your all synced up and ready to go. Key fobs from the dealer are £165 including vat IIRC
