The compressor exhaust filter that Stan mentioned earlier can cause all sorts of strange faults
The filter clogs as the desiccant used to dry the air breaks down and forms a fine dust - the system among other things can think you have struck an obstacle and go into extended mode so it is worth cleaning it out or doing the mod as a start point as if the system cant vent all sorts of problems will show

I don't think this is related to your fault Teaspoonasaurous, and is somewhat off-topic, but interestingly, when I changed the compressor assembly on ours, the new muffler fitted was much bigger than the original one (The fault we had was the car would drop too slowly so causing all kind of errors and as noted, raising to off road height as it thinks the failure to lower is because something is stopping it - but really it's that the air is exhausting too slowly so the car is lowering too slowly).

If you don't want to buy a new muffler (RQV500040 - they are surprisingly expensive!), simply remove it (the car will be fine with it removed) and soak it in some white vinegar for a few days - it will clear out lovely (or at least ours did).
