I fitted a new piston ring kit to the compressor and the compressor works fine . I used iidtool to deflate the reservoir and suspension and pumped it up again I did this a couple of times. Then I developed a problem. I the vehicle sat low. So I recalibrated it the std height to specs. now when I select off road height or access height the light blinks but it doesn't go to those heights.
iidottol only allows calibration to std height.
any suggestions.

What’s the system pressure? If it’s too low the vehicle height won’t change upwards

If you have full system pressure and it doesn’t go down to access then check compressor is allowing the system to vent.

Also try manually adjusting the height with the iid tool to check system functionality. Can’t quite remember how to do this with the iid tool but I’ve used this function myself. 2007 3.6 TDV8

Fix by doing a Battery hard reset, all working as it should now
