Interesting Mike , at rest mine is 12.6v but with engine on its only 13.2v at tick over and rises to 13.8v over 1400 revs and on deceleration rises to 14.4v. Reading the literature this is how the 2011 is supposed to work and the battery is kept at 80% charged. Mine is at 82% charged all the time and if I charge it by mains charger it starts at 100% and drops to 82% over a few days. Yours at 70% seems low but its a new battery so it can't be.
