Blend flaps l322 2004

Hi all i just had my aircon regassed and pasenger side is colder than the drivers side i have took bottom side panel off and i can see the black circle blend motor looks fairly easy to change out but is there any procedure or calibration with them and is it most likely to be the blend motor im suprised at how easy they are to get to compared to my old p38
