Commanded throttle actuator position bank 1 and 2 always 0.

Good afternoon,

I would greatly appreciate your opinion.
IID tool live values show commanded throttle actuator position bank 1 and 2 is always 0.
Actual position is 4.98% during drive -all the time. There are not trouble codes related to the engine ECU, but experienced cracked manifold and split inter cooler houses recently issue both which has been fixed. The engine is running fine perhaps subjectively higher consumption is observed.

Is there a reset procedure for the throttle body for Range Rovers TDV8?
