Yesterday I did 300 of miles on all sorts of roads. The car ,naturally, rolls a lot on B road corners.
If I get it up to motorway speeds and the suspension lowers can I press the suspension button and keep it lowered without damaging anything as it just makes it nicer?

No it will raise itself at 25mph even if you have it locked. It will just give you a warning first.

However, you can lower them to your desired height but you will need an IID tool.

I’m not familiar with the running gear on the L322 but, in general, I’d be concerned about the angle that the joints in your drive shafts will be running at.

Running in high and low occasionally is one thing, running it at a slightly odd angle for a long period at high speed may well be another

Mines been running 15mm lower for the the last 6months or so without any issues.

It's a little harsher than standard but well worth the sacrifice for looks and driveability.

Mine stays at motorway height if I press inhibit. Maybe it works for pre 2006 models ? .

Unfortunately, simply lowering a car does nothing to improve the handling.

If you lower it enough to make any difference, any reduction in the C of G is more than offset by cocking up the suspension geometry anyway
