Mistake cars................ have had two of them - a Volvo 480ES that in six attempts at trying to get from Scotland to the south of England it failed at every attempt at Hilton Park Services, it never ever got any further south than that! The other........... a TVR - was 100% reliable unlike many TVRs but it there was even a patch of dampness on the road it was tying to leave the road stern first through the nearest hedge/ brickwall! 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Which TVR did you have?, I had a Tuscan before the FFRR, and since getting rid of the FFRR have an E55 AMG, which I actually think is faster than the Tuscan was, especially when it gets above about 50 MPH, those 700 nm of torque really make it shift.

420SEAC do you mean Tim?

I had a couple of TVRs, had a 4.2 Cerbera then went to the Esprit Sport 350, then back to Cerbera 4.5 this time.

4.2 wasn't that reliable but the 4.5 was excellent build quality.
