A bit of white smoke on start up is normal - all mine have previously done this and it is merely condensation evaporating from a cold engine until it warms up.

Thanks guys, definitely from exhaust pipes and so strong that it gets in to the cabin. I can only describe it as puffing white smoke...no changes in coolant or oil, 63k miles travelled. Service 1k miles ago. 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel

I was wondering if it was failing glow plugs but I'm guessing the rather sensitive ECU electronics would spot that one? 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel

its only a theory ..the ad-blue is mixed with the exhaust gases and my thought is that if its low then he exhaust gases come out un-treated.. ... - .- -.

I hope it is something as simple as that. I don't have any adblue top up warnings at the moment but I'll try topping it up anyway to see if it makes any difference. 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel

I thought the car will not start if low/out on ad blue. ....but what do I know? Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc
