Who can you recommend to supply an Air Spring for my L322?

Firstly a Happy New Year to everyone,

This is my first post & I can comfortably say I am relieved to have found this Full Fat Forum 🙂

On my 2012 L322 the Offside Front(UK) Air Spring is leaking which I can hear upon parking up, aswell as Landrover Main Dealer confirming this (printout attached). The Air Compressor also needs to be replaced as it doesn’t vent all the time when trying to put the vehicle into Access Height.

Please could I have advise on where to buy an Air Spring & Air Compressor from as there are so many suppliers currently on the market.

Thanks in advance

Ask Dan - duckworthparts on this forum - for a price.

I’m sure you’ll be pleasantly surprised. What do I put here then?

You don’t need a new compressor mate....fix it yourself - it’s only the filter on the air outlet blocked....

Did mine a few weeks ago when it wouldn’t come down from off road height

Hi,mjdronfield

That information about the venting of the compressor is something that has been bothering me since I have owned the car (15mts) now I can take it apart and clean it.

This FFRR site is priceless Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Bow down

I understand you can soak it in Petrol to maybe clean it, but I decided to drill a small hole. I still can’t hear it so no downside but won’t block again.

You can buy a new one for about £30 I think, but seems daft as it’ll eventually block again....

We had a similar problem at work with a 14" valve actuator that was really slow to respond. The Inst Tech showed me a sintered filter that he suspected was blocked. A replacement was going to take ages to appear (good old SAP) so I told him to drill it. He was gob smacked when it worked! Previous cars:
