Local authority dump don’ t charge. You just re-fill the 5 litre containers, and leave them on a shelf.
When they have got too many, someone empties them all into a bowser type tank which gets towed away . ( I think they re-cycle it somewhere off-site.)

Greg, with engine at operating temp. it takes 10-15 min. to suck up all oil with 0.7 bar vacuum.

BB, you can use the sucker to flush your brake system and steering system. nice easy and clean.
