United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Zermatt Silver

This is driving me nuts!

So I have put the new flip key aside at the moment in case the blade is not cut perfectly and am trying to
Recode my genuine spare key. I didn't have this with me when I recoded my original and flip key so now the transponder is out of sinc.

Now the spare key will not turn in the ignition, if it won't turn then the iid tool will not code it.

Surely if the iidtool will only code a key that was working fine anyway it is useless.

I can't be the only one to have this problem.

You can't touch the working key to the lock to turn off the lock and quickly put in your spare key as it must read the working transponder and then it just hangs the program

Any key experts?

I saw a post from Rar110 where Pat at gap helped him offline? Can I ask what that was Rar.

I don't want to keep fiddling without some answers as I don't want to ruin my one working key.

Thanks for reading
