heating problems RR Vogue SE 4.4TDV8 2013

HELP

RR Vogue SE 4.4TDV8 2013

HEATING PROBLEMS
Hi I am having heating problems

Car RR has been checked Rad leaks etc coolant all fine
Noting showing on computer or any faults
My heating will blow normal for about 5 mins or until car is at normal operating temp.
Then one side starts to blow cold even when heating is set to 28 and Synced
When temps are set not synced and all set individually to 28 this still happens
Then the drivers side will lower in temp to about 30 %
Rear heating is also about 30%

ANY IDEAS

RR dealer had car and they said £1500 to take out dash and investigate with out guarantee of fixing it

That valve set is located on the inner nearside wing and controls temp left and right it is after the heater matrix in the system - the fact that the temperature varies means it is probably working - when you say it is normal are you talking about the temperature or the speed of the blower ?

heater fans normal will go from low to high on demand
heat coming from vents from cold start build up to full heat before dropping off to cold.
normally when car temp reaches normal operation temp.
