Td6 low pressure rail

Hi im new to this site so hello. I have always had landrovers but never a range rover. I had this one around Christmas time of my old man, it will start and run fine but won't restart straight away, it needs to be left half hour or so. What my question is, is what should the low pressure rail be before and while cranking over as I'm only getting 101kpa before and 91kpa while turning over. Any help is much appreciated. A d here is a pic

From memory 300kpa before it'll inject fuel, it's usually the secondary pump on the side of the tank which causes problems. How much fuel is in the tank and do you see air being purged through the pipe going to the fuel filter when you turn the ignition on?

Hope this helps

Thanks, there is always around 1/4 of a tank of fuel in it and as for air in it I'm not sure but will definitely check in the morning, so 250kpa is a little low?, i ordered a new secondary pump yesterday so fingers crossed thats the problem.
