Headlights Misting and Breather Tube

Hi - one of my headlights is misting up and reading the article below I should check the breather tubes, I cannot find any picture of the tube could someone enlighten me?

https://www.ovalnews.com/2010/11/tech-arti...rover.html

I also read people drill a hole in the bottom to clear this?

Thanks

Simon

i've never had this problem, maybe you have a dodgy light unit...

as for drilling a hole, this does help on the rear light units but not to sure if it would on the front as there are vent holes already..

Like Stan says, drilling a small hole sorts out condensation in the tail light units.

The headlights have vents so you should not need anything more than clear vents at the front.

It may be worth taking the headlight out, removing the lamps and getting a hairdryer on low heat to dry out the inside as well as check the vents are clear.
