So have you checked that the items I suggested are all working correctly? Do you have a diagnostic tool that might give an insight to the problem (fault codes etc.)
Could also be a blend motor stuck open, but that doesn't explain the hot air.
Also, fill in that profile, could be the person who has that experience needs to know which year and model you have in order to the provide the exact experience and information .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember
