Please complete your profile so we know what model and year you have.

You problem possibly stems from a non functioning rear FSR (which is a pain to get at) - NOT to be confused with the one under the dash.

Alternatively, the sensors and control unit is up the spout and will need replacing .

hi Joe
Whilst I value your input and reply I don't want to replace all of my heater components until i find the right one. what i was looking for was maybe someone else who had this problem would share his experience, you gave me 3 or 4 options, i could have done that. On the bright side mate you took the time and effort to help and that is why i am grateful, thanks

Brian

So have you checked that the items I suggested are all working correctly? Do you have a diagnostic tool that might give an insight to the problem (fault codes etc.)

Could also be a blend motor stuck open, but that doesn't explain the hot air.

Also, fill in that profile, could be the person who has that experience needs to know which year and model you have in order to the provide the exact experience and information Thumbs Up .
