If you have the original valve fitted it will most likely be faulty, the new valve makes such a massive difference to the way the FFRR steers and well worth the £60 it costs |

Thanks for that, I'll investigate it. Is there any way of knowing if it has the new type without removal and what are the symptoms? I have just moved from Discovery 2 to Range Rover and the steering is so much better already. |

Brilliant news as mine has the same original 1 in from when rack was fitted and now got the stiff wheel.checked power to the plug so hopefully it will cure the fault when i fit my new servotronic valve transducer 👊 |

Hi guys changed the servo valve today and no difference what so ever.if anyone else has the problem .refer to the bcm as I've checked power to the plug, checked fuses ,and checked the level in the fluid. Totally rounded it down the last thing causing the heavy steering and its defonatley the bcm under the passenger seat. |
