Is this from using the switches in the front or back?

Could be an issue with the body control module under the passenger seat. Sometimes the circuitry/resistors can fail or connections can get loose.

Just so I understand, using the switch in the front, the rear windows will go down but won't go back up?

hi no as soon as i put ignition on the rear windows go down so i havto leave the rear window lock on ,then sometimes rear windows will come down as im driving so stop car hold rear window switches at front of car and turn ignition on and pray |

Sounds like there's either a short somewhere (switches?) or a problem with the BCM.

I had a stuck rear window recently. Pulled it down manually with a flat hand while holding the switch.

I'd plumb for the BECM, they have small relays on the PCB which fail...
