2002 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Adriatic Blue

how can i tell what sound system i have ?

im pretty sure my vogue isn't logic 7 but how can I check to see what system IS fitted , I have the amp etc in the left side of the boot , ive seen a sony set up that's plug n play ( meaning the old kit can be put back in at anytime ) but the kit differs if its a harmon amplifier , hence why I need to be sure before buying

use the vin decoder..

mine says this,
''In Car Entertainment / Speakers - Harmon Karmon Logic 7 1200W [025LK]'' ... - .- -.

tired one using google and only reference to sound system is 'European radio tuner' nothing about HK on the spec list

tired another one and got
radio cassette CD professional RDS
speakers DSP amp 12 speakers subwoofer
Still doesn't suggest its HK to me ?

2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Buckingham Blue

The Vogue has Harman Kardon as standard, with the DSP amp.... it will not be Logic 7, that came with the touchscreen in later cars.

ha , ok pal , anyways it looks like I can fit a sony set up that will partly incorporate the cars system "plug n play " so all being well in wont have to put up with all the antics the standard set up performs currently , where abouts in Derbyshire are you pal , im just north of Lincoln
