Ok long story short, wired the starter motor wrong, first start up the car started fine, second start the car just crunched and everything died, then the battery to the alternator wire started to smoke, quickly went and disconnected it. Main wire from the battery to the starter motor had the insulation chipped and brought in over the starter and apparent grounded against the body.
I got ed off after wrenching so much just to end up frying everything I left it as it, this was in April. Since then I had to move to another city and car is still outside my friends place. I told him to have a look in the Ebox and he saying no fuses went and doesn't see any heat damage or anything.
Anyways worst case scenario, if I have to swap ECUs, is it a plug and play situation ( rudimentary search says no ) or do I have to get another ECU, immobilizer near the gear lever, ignition switch and door lock ?
