Does your central locking act up when this happens?

Some times ive noticed the rear door locks pop before the fronts only like a split second but you can hear the rears unlock 1st doesnt do it that often and to be honest ove never noticed if this messes with the steering |

Picking up on Cooper1275's comments , I had the heavy steering and rear door and filler cap locking gremlins which were all connected and all fixed by replacing the BCU. That also, unexpectedly, cured an intermittent rear parking sensor problem too.
