Connector Identification Help

Good morning all. On removing the front bumper on my 2007 S/C I found this connector behind the bumper. It has a thin black wire, a thick brown wire and a red wire with blue tracer. It has a purpose made blanking plug fitted. Any help greatly appreciated. Have a great day.

Stan. Yes it is. This connector is large and by the offside headlight. It has never been connected by the looks of it.
