L322 passenger door mirror dip on reverse

What determines if it does dip or doesn't? On mine (57 plate) it has done in the past but doesn't now and I don't know what may have changed. Is there a button on the drivers door or something? Previously a 2008MY Tonga Green Vogue SE 3.6 TDV8

Have you selected the n/s mirror to operate when you press the mirror adjustment buttons? I seem to recall that was what enabled/disabled the dipping mirror in mine.

Thanks for the tip. I will check that. It might even be in the owner's manual! (lol) it has to be something simple (assuming nothing is broken) Previously a 2008MY Tonga Green Vogue SE 3.6 TDV8

Correct and dead simple of course. Mirror switch must be to drivers side for dipping to work, passenger side turns it off Previously a 2008MY Tonga Green Vogue SE 3.6 TDV8
