It's in the workshop manual (wiki) but broadly speaking there's a tap on the bottom of the radiator (passenger side if I remember correctly), you'll need to open up a cap or two to allow air out.
Fill it up, start the engine and top up as required. Once it's stabilised a bit then run the heater on max until you get warm air coming out of the vents (shouldn't take very long, if it does you've likely got an air pocket).
It does self bleed if you open the bleed screw on the expansion bottle and close when no more air is coming out.
