United Kingdom 2016 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Santorini Black

Had the same problem a while back, in the end a good session of reading sorted the problem! Thumbs Up long pull and back into D There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Can't believe I missed that in the book!
Need to do another cover to cover.

it would be nice if the display showed D1, D2, D3 etc, rather than just D.
Maybe with the IDTool? I don't have one but it would be interesting.

And massive thanks to Freddie the Fish - have tried the up and hold technique it's great!
Have been downshifting manually then a long hold on the upshift paddle which gives me one manual upshift then back into D. All with one long hold! It's GREAT!!!

Works really well and solves a little bug of mine with this otherwise fantastic gearbox. It's gone from almost the perfect manual & auto combination to the perfect combination!!

.

Thumbs Up Why they couldn't program it so it detects a long hold and doesn't change gear I don't know. Flick it, change gear... hold it don't.

Or perhaps either a long up-shift or down-shift to do the shift then immediately revert to full auto.
