DVD changer with or without RSE

Was it possible to spec the DVD changer without RSE - i.e. for viewing on the front screen only? Or was the changer only available as part of the RSE option? 2012 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 automatic (LHD), Santorini Black

Only ever came with the RSE . 2008 MY Supercharged
Rimini Red / Jet
four zone climate
remote park heater
and no ugly kid windows.
