Might be worth switching the cabin heater/blower fan off the next time you hear it, just to eliminate it, might be a leaf stuck in the fan.

Try turning to cool box off. That clicks on mine on startup. |

It's the cool box as it's faulty, my last two had the issue rectified but I can't remember how |

Well done and thanks to you both. I turned it off and no clicking. Thing is I very, very rarely use it, so I suppose I best check it and get it done under warranty |
