These T pieces and leak off pipe lengths are easy enough to find on eBay, and it maybe that Europarts or similar may hold stock of them if urgent. The T pieces get quite brittle after a few years, and the O rings can disintegrate, it may be worth having a few spare, just in case more break during the repair as separating the pipe from the T piece can be a sod too.

Not sure, without going out and measuring, but the Bosch common rail injector pipe is the one.

When I was doing the injectors on my Mercedes I noticed the the plastic 'T's' were looking well past there sell by so I replaced them with a brass set... they are the same as the ffrr returns, so this will work fine with your engine http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Leak-Off-Connect...SwBPNXSFmC Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Easy to do, however I would recommend that you use a set of pin nose pliers to remove the clip as they have a nasty habit of pinging off in to the distance when a screwdriver is used!! Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
