Learning to use bt iid tool.

Gents,
I will try not to make too much of a nuisance of myself by repeatedly asking stupid questions, but my first session was not exactly a success.
1) I registered the device and viewed a whole shed full of historic faults, most of which cleared, but 2 remained (see attached screenshot) . At this stage I am not worrying about them, because I was only sat on the drive with the ignition on,but engine off, so I will see what shows next time.

2) My main reason for buying the tool is to gather as much info / data while the car is running well so that I can build up a reference library of screenshots to hopefully help me diagnose future problems when they occur .,

So my question is : What should I do next?
Hopefully your replies will give me a list of readings to record that I can reference back to when problems start.

One thing that did surprise me:- The battery low start engine warning came on after about 10 minutes sitting with the ignition on even though I had connected my Ctek via the towing socket adapter, but I just ignored it and the car started fine

when I eventually disconnected everything ready to go out in it.

Cheers
Mike.

Hello Mike,

I have just bought one myself and I have thought to Log the following.

Boost pressures i.e. What the car demands and then gets.
Fuel rail pressure.
There is a function that shows all the cylinders which maybe to do with balancing.
Check the EGR's have full range

I seem to have quite a few ecu's that have new software available but haven't
Updated them yet as it would be helpful if it was possible to see what the updates
Do.

They are a fun piece of kit though but quite scary and it would be helpful if it came with
Something to compare your results with from Gap depending on the engine.

Enjoy.

Steve.
