Hi All,

I've got leaks in the cooler pipework so I'm going to have to change the cooler.

Removing it and getting it welded had crossed my mind, but I think the hassle of getting it clean prior to welding and the risk of contaminants in the hydraulic system isn't worth it.

Anyone done this and know of any potential snags? The flushing process looks a bit tricky at the end.

Looks like I can do the change by partially dissembling the front end in front of the radiator rather than removing the rad like the workshop manual suggests.

Grateful for any experience with this.
