There's some information about this in the wiki, but basically, the door card off, you tubes your buddy for details, move airbag cartridge, peel the horrible sticky stuff back, release cables from lock, then the door lock button, and the cental locking connector, undo 3 or 4 torx head screws remove lock, and replace with new one.
That's about it.
Good luck.
if you are careful, you can release the puddle light bulb connector, and stand the door card inside the door opening without disconnecting the window switches, as a lot on here, including me, had problems with them after.
Wink

forgot to say. give your new lock a damn good greasing, even though it appears to be done.
they get a lot of water on them.

And whatever you do, don't start the job with the window down, remove the airbag then turn the ignition on to raise the window which shouldn't have been down in the first place. That would give an airbag fault light.
Only an idiot would do that ...... Rolling Eyes
