could you tell me which fuse and where to find it please......new to the green oval, been a Jag man for 20 years and got tired of all the silly electrical niggles........oh......hang on a minute.....Jag and Land Rovers are what????,........... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Its fuse f41 in the passenger side fuse box. Fixed my issue when I pulled it.have you tried unplugging the sensor first? |

if it helps ease the pain, mine are fine now, think it must have been a little leaf or something confusing the sensor.......but my rear wash is sh!t....... |

Rain sensor work by detecting reflected light back from rain on windscreen, as previous quote said the sensitivity is altered by the stalk. If the sensor is not pressed correctly against the windscreen they do not work correctly, which is why pressing rear view mirror may fix it. In all my land rovers they can initially be fooled but usually settle down after a couple of wipes. |

To remove the rain sensor you use a small screwdriver to push down on the top edges of the corners. The are vertical rectangular plastic latches that slide down to release it. If you look closely at the sides you can see the outline.

My 2011 Vogue rain sensor seems to be held by a metal clip (see photo)
