You say that the Nav unit has been checked. By that I assume the unit in the boot. I would suggest the next stage is to access the head unit to check the connections there.

The rear wiring has been checked and the sat nav DVD has been substituted with one from a working car and now I have replaced it with a s/h unit reputed to have been checked.

![]() If 2 'specialists' have failed with the car in front of them, it's going to be hard to advise remotely.... It's a process of elimination - so unless you have access to a good car - and can swap your components into that one, one at a time, to prove they all work, I can't offer a better solution. Therefore, I agree with Weegie - if you're happy that all the units in the boot area are good and all the connections are firmly in place, then you will have to tackle the head unit itself as there isn't really anything else to try..... |
